Each winter we are working hard. Irene, as usually, painted many new dolls, eggs, plates. Between them a new picture on canvas "Fairy tale boat", which we created together. You can see it in chapter "Paintings".
All winter I was writing my first medical book - more about our medical miracles in chapter "Style of life & Medicine". Also I learned Adobe Photoshop and WEB design. And after two months or over 500 working hours I gave birth to this my first WEB-site.
Each fall and spring we are repearing our boat - it's an endless job. But in October 2002 and in May 2003 we done a lot of changes. We totally removed all old roofs and sides of our cabins and fixed new cover from strong marine plywood - no more leaks! For all windows I drew new frames, for cabin I created different ornaments and cut them from marine plywood.
From June to October 2003 we will sail in Great Lakes. In 2001, during the Tall Ships Challenge we saw such a wonder, as Lake Michigan. We love that place and people and for whole summer we will go there: through the Trenton channel and Georgian Bay. We have no phone and Internet aboard, but in many places we will check our emails in public libraries or from homes of our new friends. We are not sure, if we will be able to make changes in our Web-site, but at least we will try to do updates.
